2.2. "Readiness Check" Data (Voluntarily Provided)

To generate your customized consulting report/graph, we ask you to answer approximately 10 specific questions about your business.

Categories of Data: This includes information regarding your business strategy, operational status, financial indicators (revenue, profit margins), tax situations, and personnel/HR matters.
Sensitivity: We treat this information as highly confidential and sensitive business profiling data.
Anonymity Phase: You answer these questions anonymously. Your identity (Email/Name) is linked to these answers only when you choose to submit your contact details to receive the final report.

Name, Email address, Phone number (if provided).

3. Purposes of Processing

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

To Provide the Readiness Check: Processing your answers to generate the automated consulting graph/report.
Communication: Sending you the report, invoice, or follow-up consulting proposals based on your results.
Analytics: Improving our website and services using aggregated, non-identifiable data.
Marketing: Retargeting and sending newsletters (only with your explicit consent).

4. Automated Decision Making and Profiling

Our "Readiness Check" service uses automated processing to analyze your answers and generate a visual graph/report of your business status.

Logic Involved: The algorithm scores your inputs on financial, HR, and strategic metrics to benchmark your "readiness."
Your Rights: If you disagree with the automated assessment, you have the right to request a manual review by one of our consultants.

5. Data Sharing and International Transfers

We do not sell your data. However, we use trusted third-party service providers ("Processors") to operate our business. Some data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of Switzerland/EU, specifically the USA.

Service Providers:

Shopify (Canada/USA): For website hosting and content management.
Google & Meta (USA): For analytics and marketing.

Transfer to the USA:
For providers based in the USA (e.g., Google, Meta, Shopify), we rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data is protected at a level equivalent to Swiss law.

6. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for.

Readiness Check Data: Retained for 3 years after submission.

If you provided contact details: Data is linked to your profile to offer you benchmark comparisons if you return in the future.
If submitted anonymously: Data is retained only in an aggregated, non-identifiable format for statistical analysis.
Contact Information: Retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
Analytics Data: Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics standard).

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

All data transferred between your browser and our site is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
Access to sensitive "Readiness Check" answers is restricted to authorized personnel and consultants only.
